With robust standalone administration features such as notes, tasks and diary management on a per-user or per-customer basis you'd think we'd settle for that and move on. However, with the increasing prevalence of Google in the small to mid-sized business market we chose to add Google Calendar integration to the mix and so adding to the tools available for the end user.
